Call me Leni. I'm a student from the UK and I am very normal about automata and animatronics, as you can probably already tell.
I love Disney (mainly because of the animatronics lol), Frankenstein, Phantom of the Opera, anything cutesy or 'kawaii', J-fashion substyles (such as fairy kei, gyaru, yami kawaii, mori kei, lolita, and cult party kei)
Some of my favourite games are Rockstar games, mainly GTA IV (+ the entire GTA series) and Bully. I also got into Elder Scrolls Online lately, thanks to my boyfriend's recommendation. I like The Evil Within a lot, but I'm a huge wuss about survival horror (it's the only game I can play in the genre...)

What's on the telly?
I've always been fascinated by animatronics and automata and Walt Disney's vision for his Abraham Lincoln project has a lot of parallels with Vaucanson's endeavours to create mechanical life. This in turn, I feel, has connections to one of my favourite books, Frankenstein, in the ways in which each creator is obsessed with creating life but too freaked out by the consequences to continue... Lol!
